The Lower Third Films was created by Brian Kelsey.  Brian is not a cinematographer.  He is not a producer.  He is not an editor.  Brian, is a storyteller.  Whether he has a camera in his hand himself. or enlisting one of his vast array of cinematographers, Brian is ultimately responsible for the highest quality final delivery of The Lower Third Films.  Besides being a filmmaker, Brian has been a professional voice-over artist for the past 20 years, and is an on-camera host as seen on HGTV, The Today Show, The Martha Stewart Show, and others.
